Mailbird welcomes Veeting Rooms

One very exciting integration that came with Mailbird 2.0 is Veeting Rooms!

Veeting Rooms is a virtual meeting environment that enables you to have a professional (virtual) business meeting right from within Mailbird.

And of course, just like a “real-life” business meeting, no unauthorised person will be able to listen to your important business topics. All audio and video communication is end-to-end encrypted between the Veeting participants.

Special Promotion for Mailbird users

In order to celebrate our great partnership, Veeting Rooms is giving a free 180 Day Trial to all Mailbird users! Yes, that means you get access to all the awesome Features for 180 Days for FREE.

Activate the Veeting Rooms App in your Mailbird Appstore and register for Veeting Rooms from within your Mailbird App.

Simply click the little “V” icon in the left menu panel and go to “Create Account” here:

Schedule your meeting right from within Mailbird

You can easily schedule your next Veeting Room meeting, by either using Veeting Rooms in the sidebar or by clicking the icon in the left panel, taking you to the fullscreen App view. Press “Schedule” and set the Date and Time for your meeting. Once you have fixed those, you will be able to invite the participants you would like to join the meeting.

 During the meeting

1. Upload documents – Always best prepared for the meeting! You can easily upload the documents you will be referring to. And best thing  – after the meeting you will receive an email with all the documents discussed attached.

2. Using the Whiteboard – Use the whiteboard to brainstorm with your meeting participants. You can draw freehand or use predefined shapes to bring your thoughts into a visual document. All slides can be downloaded as PDF for your record.

3. Taking minutes and private notes – Take the minutes as you go through your agenda to ensure good record-keeping and follow through on important action points. You can share this task among team members and allow everyone to contribute simultaneously. You can also create a private set of minutes for your own reference.

4. Chat with the participants – Broaden your communication and support brainstorming in meetings by using the chat feature.
