Which payment options do you accept?

For all our payment plans, including PayOnce, we accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, JCB, Union Pay) and PayPal.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer additional discounts only on purchases of multiple Mailbird Premium licenses. The deal is applied automatically at the checkout. Please keep in mind that our "Pay Once" Premium license is already heavily discounted. Therefore, the additional reduction is applied to the already discounted price listed on our Pricing page.

1. 5% discount on 2 to 10 licenses
2. 10% discount on 11 to 25 licenses
3. 15% discount on 26 to 50 licenses
4. 20% discount on 51 to 100 licenses
5. 25% discount on 101 or more licenses

Can I change my plan anytime?

Is Mailbird better than Outlook?

When it comes to being intuitive, Mailbird is leaps and bounds ahead of Outlook! Configuration support from Microsoft has been a constant pain point for users. Still, Mailbird automatically detects and adds most email accounts (such as Gmail, AT&T, AOL, Brighthouse, Outlook, and many more) without needing to configure anything, resulting in the ability to work on your desktop without delay! How many tracked emails can I send?

Users with a Personal license can only use email Tracking up to 5 times per month. In contrast, our Business license users can use up to 10 times per month or enjoy unlimited email tracking.
