After trying Windows 10 Mail, I still prefer Mailbird over Mail 🙂 Mailbird feels more minimalist, lightweight, and has better shortcuts. Also, Mailbird shows all mail in the same thread on the same page, which Mail doesn't.

Mailbird has a solid design so I decided to install it and it feels like I have never used a different e-mail client. Mailbird is very user-friendly. According to this I have bought immediately a pro license for one year. I hope that Outlook knows where to find the recycle bin because that is exactly where it belongs!

Earlier I shared my experience while submitting my idea to Mailbird for Basecamp and I would be happy to share it again. Recently, I migrated to Windows 10 and I was torn away with the limitations of the Windows mail app. That’s when I told myself enough is enough and I started searching for a new mail app. So I headed to Google search and started looking for the “best windows 10 mail app” and there it was “Mailbird” popping on the first page. At first, I was hesitant to upgrade to the Pro version so I started the trial version while watching the video of getting started with Mailbird. I kept smiling as I learned about all the great features and shortcuts. By the time the video ended; I was completely sold! I went right ahead and purchased the Mailbird Lifetime package. Thank you Mailbird and I cannot wait to share this app with friends and family.

Andrea, This is the first email I am writing using Mailbird after using the Mailbird search function to find our last exchange. I'm going to be honest. You are one of our last great hopes for a good email client. I bought Postbox and I wanted to love it, but I can't. It's too clunky in some ways that I can't really articulate. Thunderbird is not actively developed anymore. Outlook. Grim. Gmail native - missing stuff. After getting my beta invite to ZeroMail and being sorely disappointed, I remember you and decided to see where you where. Imagine my elation to see that I can now download a beta copy! Yay! Now I am going to do my best with Mailbird and so far I loved enough of what I saw to pony up for lifetime to support your efforts.

Clean look: Not like - love, love, love! Quick reply: Like the fact that your reply appears above the previous email (unlike in Gmail), Compactness: It's great that you don't have distracting buttons and objects everywhere but can still access them easily when you need them. Example: In the default view, you only see the message without the clutter of additional lines showing sender, recipient, subject, etc. Yet you can still see those if you press Show details. Super cool! Very intuitive - no learning curve! Pictures add intimacy and warmth that you don’t have with other email apps out there.
