Great customer service and good software

Mailbird is good software: it's easy to use and it's co invenient when working with multiple accounts. The customer service is great, which makes all the difference in case you do need some assistance. The reply was swift and clear. Thanks Gian and colleagues!

Great service!

I have been using Mailbird for years, and there is no way I would switch to anything else. I rarely have issues, but when they occur, the attention and efficiency in resolving them are unmatched. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Truly a wonderful experience

Truly a wonderful experience having emails and programs delivered by Diego and his friends at Mailbird... Everyone should have the right to Mailbird. One day all people will have Mailbird. I have 5 email accounts all nicely organised in Mailbird. My life would be poorer without it. Mailbird is just great.

I have been using Mailbird for years...

I've been using mailbird for years because I can't stand the gmail interface. A few years ago I switched to using a Mac and was sad to learn that I couldn't use Mailbird any longer. I am grateful that they have allowed me to be a part of the beta test program for the Mailbird Mac client. It's a thrill watching the product evolve and grow.

For a free product the customer support...

For a free product the customer support is excellent. I'm aware there is a paid for version but for personal use, as Outlook 2003 no longer functions with VM this is perfectly acceptable. Mailed customer support twice and got a reply that made sense + worked in 24 hours.

The very quick response, friendliness, positive helpful advice how ever long it takes, the Happiness team will ALWAYS solve your problems, would not use any other e mail service, I tried Outlook express, but does not compare with the caring individual service you get from here.

Mailbird is a great site/company

Mailbird is a great site/company and so to the helpful staff that work there. I have actually, passed onto at least 15 other people to use Mailbird as their email and they too are happy with you and thanked me for putting them onto you. Keep up the great work ok.

Very user friendly email that makes life easier

The ease to link multiple apps to mailbird on different devices makes it a wonderfull tool to use. Besides that is a very userfriendly mailclient which is easy to install and to configure. And if you run into a problem, the support desk is reacts very fast on requests.

Over the 6 years of my use to mailbird

Over the 6 years of my use of mailbird, the program has become a loyal friend and an effective business partner. Awesome design, user-friendly intuitive interface, pleasant sounds. I have 4 mailboxes for different tasks and with mailbird they are really fast and convenient to work with.

Having tried many email clients

Having tried many email clients for Windows, I finally stuck with Mailbird. It is a great product at an affordable price. It has a very easy to use interface and performs simply, or in a more professional manner if you so choose. I cannot recommend Mailbird highly enough. A great product.

Mailbird 3.0 is in Next Orbit

Since I have been a lifetime license user for over 7 years now, I was a bit skeptical when an upgrade came up.When enquired about it, the response seemed like a very sincerely conveyed message of honest efforts to build a next level product experience for user. I paid and have no regret with the new user experience, keep it up guys.

Mailbird outperforms other apps in this area, a number of which I've tried. It does what it's supposed to do. No issues with printing emails, executing links, locking up, or anything else. Their support team was really quick, attentive and helpful.
