Mailbird Next is an entirely new software product developed by our team with improved functionality and a new interface. After the release, you'll need to install a new app.
You may continue using your Mailbird with all of its existing features. However, the cross-platform experience (accessibility of Mailbird on Mac and mobile devices) and new features will be available exclusively to Mailbird Next users.
According to our Terms, if you have a yearly or PayOnce plan at Mailbird, it will remain active. To receive your access to Mailbird Next, please choose one of the offered subscription plans. As a loyal customer, you're eligible for an exclusive early-bird discount.
Yes, it does. On our roadmap, you can see that you'll be able to access Mailbird Next on your Mac device first, then Windows, and later down the line on your mobile devices.
We'll continue to offer updates to the current version well into 2023, developing Mailbird Next in parallel. Later, we'll focus entirely on Next to bring out new and exciting improvements faster and more devices. While still offering maintenance updates for the current version, the latest and best experience will be on Mailbird Next.

Whereas, if you buy a 3-Year plan, this will renew 3 years after the date of purchase at the standard price. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next payment term.
